How to Use the Ad Budget 'Top Up' Feature

The 'Top Up' option will allow you to add budget and extend ad run dates easily. Each top-up request will appear as a new item on your board, using the same ad reference code for consistency.

Also, budget top ups will appear as a separate line item on your invoice including the ad reference code for easy tracking of expenditure.

  1. Log in and Locate the ad you wish to top up.
  2. Find the "CLICK TO TOP UP" column.
  3. Click the "TOP UP" link for the specific ad.
  4. Fill out the form that appears with the required details.
  5. Click 'Submit to Top Up' button
  6. Optional: Add a new creative if you want to update the ad content.
